Publish once, deliver everywhere

Bring in finished, tagged files — from your Suite library or straight from disk. While you are signed in, each file you add is uploaded once into your own dotshock.ai library as soon as it loads; signed out it stays on this machine and the app runs export-only. .publish.shock validates them against every agency's spec and relays to their servers, so you upload once and it lands everywhere.

Export

Agency-ready CSVs + the release manifest. Originals you imported while signed in already live in your dotshock.ai library — these are the metadata sidecars the relay (or you) sends with them.

Suite library — folders

The one shared folder of files every Suite app works on (tag · edit · retouch · release · cull). Pick a folder, choose files, and load them here with their metadata + releases already attached. Badges show which apps have touched each file.

Agency profiles

Each agency carries its own column mapping + limits (title length, keyword count, min megapixels, video specs, release rules). Pick which to validate & relay against.

Add destination

Your credentials, your accounts, your payouts. Stored locally; the Engine reads them from the OS keychain at transfer time. The relay uploads the original from dotshock.ai once — no double upload.

Choose how the originals (already on dotshock.ai) reach the agencies. Metadata + matched releases are embedded into a staging copy first — your originals are never modified.

Route automatically per agencyRecommended. Agencies you set up with FTP/SFTP credentials go over the Desktop relay; portal-only agencies (Adobe, Shutterstock, Alamy) go to the Companion extension in your logged-in tab. Drop an agency's own CSV export (Shutterstock content/earnings, Adobe insights, ESP sales) to backfill submission statuses. Matched by filename → media id. Unmatched rows are listed, never silently dropped.
