.rights.shock Suite / rights / app Engine — web mode (ledger)

No assets in the ledger yet

Track release coverage, licensing terms, embargoes and AI flags for every asset you deliver — then see at a glance which ones are clear, expiring or at risk. Add one by hand, import a CSV, or load a demo set.

Add asset

Local only — the thumbnail (if any) is stored in your browser and never uploaded.

Structured licenses the ledger can track by date — each with a channel, region and end date. An expired window flags the asset at-risk; one ending within 60 days flags it expiring.

Import CSV

Add asset records in bulk from a spreadsheet export.

First row is treated as a header. Recognised columns (any order, case-insensitive): filename, release (released/unreleased/na), designation (editorial/commercial), expiry, embargo (YYYY-MM-DD), usage, license, ai (yes/no). Only filename is required.

Export

Everything stays on your machine. Pick what to take with you.

Log a web match

Record where you found this asset used in the wild, then track it to resolution — locally, nothing uploads.

About .rights.shock

An asset rights ledger that travels with your catalogue.

Record release coverage, designation, expiry, embargo, client usage terms, license deliveries and AI flags per asset. The ledger computes a status for each: OK, AT-RISK (unreleased recognizable person, expired release, or use beyond license), EXPIRING (release or embargo within 60 days) and an AI flag. Continuous web-match monitoring, fingerprinting and case management run on the cloud / local Dotshock Engine; this web prototype is the local-first record.
