Every message is read and answered within one working day — usually the same day. If the brief is clear we come back with an outline scope and a starting budget range straight away.

Brief and scope call
For larger productions we set up a 30-minute call or video chat to go through deliverables, locations, timelines and any specialist requirements — casting, permits, drone access and so on.

Scoped quote in writing
You receive a written quote covering shoot days, crew, travel, post-production and delivery. No open-ended bills — we agree the full spec before we mobilise anything.

On-location, on time
Crew, kit and production logistics are locked before we travel. First selects are typically ready within five working days of the shoot wrapping.

Do you shoot outside Bosnia and Herzegovina?
Yes — the studio is based in Sarajevo but the production is built to travel. We have produced campaigns across the EU, the Gulf, MENA and North Africa. Mobilisation and travel logistics are included in the quote.
How quickly can a production be scheduled?
Standard campaigns are confirmed and on-calendar within two to three weeks of the signed quote. For urgent briefs with a flexible location we have turned around shoots in under a week — mention your deadline in your message and we will tell you what is realistic.
What if I do not have a full brief yet?
That is fine. A rough idea of the subject, the intended use and a ballpark budget range is enough to start a conversation. We will help you shape the brief before anything is committed.
Can I see pricing before committing?
Yes — the pricing page has starting budget ranges for all 28 service disciplines. Every production is quoted individually but the ranges give you a reliable planning figure before you get in touch.
Who handles the production logistics?
We do. Crew, models, permits, travel and local logistics are all arranged by the studio. You brief the campaign; we handle getting the right people and kit to the right place. A regional fixer network covers permits and on-the-ground support across the markets we shoot in regularly.
