By using dotshock.ai or the .shock.LAB you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

.shock offers commercial photo and video production services and the .shock.LAB, a set of software tools for photographers. Production work is delivered under a separate written agreement scoped per project; these terms cover the website and the .shock.LAB.

Figures on the pricing pages are starting points for budget planning, not a binding price list. Every production is confirmed in a written agreement before work begins.

Paid .shock.LAB plans are billed via Stripe or PayPal. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; failed payments retry before a plan reverts to Free. See the .shock.LAB pricing page for plan details.

Do not misuse the services, attempt to disrupt them, or use them unlawfully. You are responsible for content you upload and for holding the rights and releases needed for it.

Production deliverables are licensed per the project agreement. Site content and the .shock brand remain ours. The .shock.LAB and its software remain ours; your account content remains yours.

The services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
