Software

The tools we built to run the studio — now yours to use.

Everything here started as an internal tool for running dotshock.ai. Two families: the .shock Suite — fifteen production modules that carry a shoot from brief to paid — and two standalone intelligence platforms, Puls and Intel. Ten Suite modules and Puls are live right now, and everything ships in English and Bosnian.

Two families, one production discipline

Software built by a studio that actually ships.

Not a product roadmap dreamed up in a boardroom — every app below closes a gap we hit on real jobs, then got hardened until it was good enough to give to everyone else with the same problem.

Production workflow

.shock Suite

Fifteen modules over one shared project library — cull, edit, retouch, release, keyword, publish, track earnings and sell direct. Nothing is re-exported between steps.

  • One shared library — each module reads what the last produced.
  • Skip any step; start with finished JPEGs in .tag.shock if you like.
  • Free tier to start — add modules only as the work grows.
Intelligence platforms

Puls & Intel

The same collection-and-analysis engine, pointed at two markets: Puls for political sentiment in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Intel for commercial market intelligence.

  • Real-time sentiment and narrative monitoring across many sources.
  • Every AI output labelled as AI — a human always decides.
  • Bilingual BS / EN, built for the region it watches.

The .shock Suite

Fifteen modules. One production line, from brief to paid.

Files flow left to right along the main line — plan, capture, cull, edit, retouch, release, tag, publish — each module handing off through the shared library. Alongside it, agency.shock runs the studio's own marketing, stats, rights and imla run continuously, .portfolio.shock sells the curated best direct, and .showreel.shock cuts it into a reel.

Shoot into the project

Plan the job and bring frames in — tethered or imported — so the whole shoot lives in one shared library from the first click.

Process down the line

Cull, edit, retouch, clear releases and keyword — each module reads what the last produced, with nothing re-exported between steps.

Publish & get paid

Deliver tagged files to every agency in one push, track downloads and earnings — then sell the best of it direct at full margin.

Main production line Brief to published — files hand off through the shared project library.

.plan.shock

Plan the whole shoot — concept, shot list, models, locations, call sheets and budget — as one spine, with model-release status built in.

Open .plan.shock

.camera.shock

Shoot tethered straight into the project, so frames land in the pipeline as you work — no import step, no lost files.

.cull.shock

Sort thousands of frames a day down to the keepers, with AI that learns your selections — hours of culling become minutes.

Open .cull.shock

.edit.shock

Process RAW files to a consistent look across the whole take, in your own style — GPU-fast, no frame left mismatched.

Open .edit.shock

.retouch.shock

Apply natural skin and portrait retouching across a set without redoing every frame — consistent results, a fraction of the clicks.

Open .retouch.shock

.tag.shock

Generate agency-ready titles, descriptions and keywords for every image, at volume — export shaped for Shutterstock, Adobe, iStock, Alamy and Pond5.

Always-on tracks Not a step you pass through — agency.shock runs the studio's own marketing alongside the pipeline, while the rest run over the published library and feed back into the line.

.agency.shock

Run the studio's own marketing operations — calendar, publishing, ads, search and reporting, in one place.

In development Learn more

.stats.shock

Track downloads and earnings per agency, with weekly advice on what to shoot next — see which subjects actually pay.

Open .stats.shock

.rights.shock

Watch the open web for your published images and flag unlicensed use as it appears — recover revenue that would otherwise walk.

In development Learn more

.imla.shock

Generate reference frames and moodboards, or finished stock images, on a credit system — around a dozen AI providers, one interface.

Open .imla.shock

.portfolio.shock

Sell the curated best of the archive direct — cleared, release-matched, full resolution, at 100% margin instead of an agency cut.

Open the portfolio

.showreel.shock

Curate the strongest stills and clips from the published library into a finished, stat-driven showreel — rendered automatically, so the reel never goes stale.

.finance.shock

Log what a shoot cost, read the earnings back from .stats.shock, and see profit per job rather than revenue alone.

Ten of the fifteen modules are live — start anywhere.

.tag.shock and .imla.shock are the fastest way in, with a free tier and no prior steps required. Only agency.shock, camera.shock, rights.shock, portfolio.shock and finance.shock are still shipping — everything else in the grid above is ready now.

Why one workflow

A pipeline, not a folder of separate tools.

Most photographers stitch a shoot together across a dozen apps and re-export between every one. The Suite keeps the whole job in a single shared library, so each module reads exactly what the last one produced.

One shared library

Every frame lives once. Cull, edit, release and tag all read and write the same project — nothing is re-uploaded or re-exported between steps.

Skip any step

No module is locked to the one before it. Start in .tag.shock with finished JPEGs, or run .publish.shock on its own — the line bends to how you actually work.

Tracks that run alongside

Stats, rights and AI generation stay on over the published library — feeding earnings, infringement flags and reference frames back into the line.

Intelligence platforms

Standalone platforms on their own subdomains.

Separate from the .shock module family: the same collection-and-analysis engine, pointed at two different markets. Both are bilingual, and both keep a human in the loop — every AI output is labelled as AI, never presented as fact.

Puls

puls.dotshock.ai · Live
Live

Political-intelligence for Bosnia & Herzegovina — BHS-language sentiment across 130+ media sources, canton-level resolution, and bot / coordination detection. Built on the promise “signal → prijedlog → vi odlučujete”: the platform surfaces what's moving; you decide what to do about it.

What it does for you

  • Catch a narrative shift early — real-time sentiment across the media landscape.
  • Canton-level resolution — see where a story is actually moving.
  • Detects coordination and bot amplification — it does not perform it.
  • Every number traces to a source; missing data is shown as missing.

Intel

intel.dotshock.ai · v0.1
Early (v0.1)

The commercial sibling of Puls — the same engine turned toward market intelligence. A social-listening collector for brand and competitor monitoring. Early access: the platform is live and collecting, with data clearly labelled as demo while real collectors come online.

What it's built for

  • Brand-mention monitoring — track how your name travels online.
  • Competitor and market narrative — the same analysis, commercial focus.
  • Shares Puls's engine, so features cross over as each matures.
  • Demo data is labelled demo — nothing invented is presented as real.
